Business Circles is currently seeking qualified individuals to fill the position of Digital Marketing specialist within the digital marketing team. 

  • Manage end-to-end digital projects
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain social media presence for client accounts
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs
  • Create and manage marketing strategies, and social media presences
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Publish digital marketing content online
  • Plan and direct marketing campaigns
  • Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
  • Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
  • Ability to use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites
  • Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
  • Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
  • Experiment with new platforms and channels
  • Report to clients and build long-term relationships
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability


  • 3+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing with agency background
  • Google Ads experience.
  • Experience planning and executing paid ads campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • Very good English writing skills
  • Content Creation experience in English and Arabic
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Full understanding of all social media platform
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
